1For protein production in E. coli, the charge covers both labor and common reagents. The core facility provides TEV, SUMO proteases and Ni-NTA resin, the cost of which is included in the hourly charge. However, clients are required to provide proteases and affinity resins if they are different from the above mentioned ones. For protein production in mammalian cells, an extra charge will be needed to cover the cost of culture media.
We are currently unable to accept credit card payments. UT Health San Antonio users are required to provide a current PID. Academic and non-academic users are required to provide a purchase order number.
