Beginning February 1, 2019, UT Health San Antonio will accept applications for Caterers to provide both On-Site Catering & Off-Site Food Services for orders $15,000 or less.
For orders greater than $15,000, please contact Business Contracts directly.
Become a UT Health San Antonio – Approved Caterer
Caterers may apply by submitting the forms below to Business Contracts.
- On-Site Catering & Off-Site Food Services Application – 21 November 2018
- Catering Agreement – 10 January 2019
- Applicants should receive confirmation of their request within 2-3 business days.
- Caterers must reapply annually by February 1st.
