We are growing and on a quest to provide intricate specialty care, innovative technologies and clinical trials not available elsewhere at the new UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty and Research Hospital. Slated to be completed in 2024, this $430 million patient-centered hospital will be the first of its kind South Texas with a game-changing shift to proactive, personalized medicine.
We recently opened UT Health at Kyle Seale Parkway, a five-story, over 100,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center offering primary care, multiple specialists and in-house pathology and radiology facilities.
UT Health San Antonio and The University of Texas at San Antonio collaborated to establish a new UT School of Public Health, which welcomed its first class in fall 2024. The research-intensive, community-centric school will focus on improved health outcomes and reduced disease complications and mortality in South Texas.
