Pre-Approval Requests<\/h3>\n

There are activities listed in the Conflict of Interest policy that require approval before you engage in the outside activity. Please submit the request at least 30 days before engaging in any of the activities listed in the policy.<\/p>\n

How to Submit a Pre-Approval Request<\/h3>\n

A pre-approval request can be submitted by clicking the blue button on the right side of this page. In your ERMS-COI dashboard, find the orange row of tabs and click “COI”. On the COI page, click the dark blue button labeled “Request Pre-Approval” on the left side of the screen.<\/p>\n

Dual State Employment Requests<\/h3>\n

Submit your pre-approval request. Dual state employment requests need to be sent to Human Resources for further review.<\/p>\n

Moonlighting<\/h3>\n
