What is National Compliance and Ethics Week?
National Compliance and Ethics Week offers a great opportunity to spotlight the importance of compliance and ethics, as well as build awareness in ways that reinforce a culture of compliance excellence at UT Health San Antonio. This week is all about awareness, focus, and fun!
Why does Compliance matter?
Having an environment that promotes compliance is integral to the success of UT Health San Antonio. Given that healthcare, research, and higher education are heavily regulated fields attention to compliance and ethics reflects our collective commitment to integrity.

What: The hunt is comprised of 6 questions that can be answered using the Institutional Compliance and Privacy SharePoint site.
Winners will be notified by email on Monday, November 15th, 2021.

Nominate a Compliance Champion
We understand the hard work our faculty and staff do daily to fulfill our Mission. We’ve established the Compliance Champion Award to recognize individuals for their standout performance and commitment to compliance excellence.
Do you work with someone who is a role model of ethics and integrity? Is there someone you work with who is committed to protecting the integrity of UT Health San Antonio and supports others in doing the same?
Nominate them as a Compliance Champion! The ICPO office is accepting nominations during National Compliance & Ethics Week. The selected individuals will receive a gift from the ICPO office and be acknowledged following the week’s events.
