Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is the most common blood-borne infection and a leading cause of liver damage, failure, and cancer. 2.6 million people in the US are estimated to be living with the infection, many of whom do not know. Fortunately, most people can be cured with 8-12 weeks of treatment.
