Early childho<span style=\"font-size: inherit\">od educators are often best placed to identify developmental delays. Partnership, resource-sharing, and mutual support of these professionals are essenti<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">al to build a sustainable early intervention system.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">To address this, UT Health San Antonio in collaboration with the <a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dshs.texas.gov\/\">Texas Department of State Health Services<\/a> is launching the <strong>Tx DSS ECHO<\/strong>.
