He has built a strong skill set for engaging and partnering with communities, care-providers, and clinics to improve the population\u2019s health. In multiple projects he has collaborated with community members, leaders, and organizations to connect the public to services and research opportunities. Mr. Bobadilla brings considerable experience as a Practice Facilitator and Case Manager for a CPRIT-funded grant to implement HCV screening and innovative treatment pathways within 18 clinics across 14 counties in South Texas. Dr. Davidson is board certified in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Practice and Advanced Diabetes Management. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy with an adjoint appointment in the UTHSCSA Department of Family &amp; Community Medicine. In addition to educating pharmacy and medical students, he co-manages patients with chronic diseases under a collaborative practice agreement with primary care physicians in the UT Health San Antonio Primary Care Center. Baker, MD<\/span><\/h5>\n<h4>Hepatologist<\/h4>\n<p>Hope Baker is a native Texan and received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She completed her internal medicine residency and hepatology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine and a gastroenterology fellowship at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She is board certified in gastroenterology. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio and is hepatology director at the Robert B. After completing dual majors in English and Classics at Washington University in St. Louis, Andrea went to\u00a0Pennsylvania State University, where she earned a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. Her work in communications and content development led her ReACH, where she has served as a coordinator and writer for over three years on projects involving hepatitis C management in primary care, specialist teleconsultation, non-pharmacologic chronic pain management, and community engagement. Dr. Serrano provides treatment for patients requiring long term antibiotics in the Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Clinic (OPAT) in the Robert B Green Clinic from the University Hospital System. She is also the Medical Director of the Alamo Area Resource Center, a community clinic focused in providing integral care for LGTBQ patients and people living with HIV in San Antonio. She attended Medical School in the \u201cUniversidad de Carabobo\u201d in Venezuela and completed Internal Medicine Residency and Infectious Diseases Fellowship in the University of Texas in San Antonio. Dr. Taylor conducts impactful research to improve health outcomes for underserved populations living with or at risk for HIV in San Antonio and internationally. She provides treatment for patients living with infectious diseases in San Antonio. A strong community advocate, she is a co-chair of the End Stigma End HIV Alliance of San Antonio and the Clinician Key Opinion Leader for San Antonio&#8217;s Fast Track Cities Initiative. In collaboration with the Texas Department of State Health Services, Dr. Taylor serves as the Medical Director for community-based programs to increase screening tuberculosis in South Texas. She also works with two programs to increase screening and treatment for Hepatitis C in South Texas: TACKLE and HEPVista. Her commitment to education has earned her numerous teaching and service awards. He is a recognized thought leader, innovator, mentor, and clinical expert in addiction treatment and systems of care. Dr. Tirado spent the first half of his career in academia, holding faculty appointments at University of Pennsylvania and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He subsequently has developed and implemented hospital, facility-based, and outpatient addiction treatment services, outpatient chronic pain management, and primary care for addiction programs. Dr. Werchan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at El Paso. She received a medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She completed a general psychiatry residency training at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. She is currently a general psychiatrist at CARMAhealth in Austin, TX. Special interests include cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy and substance abuse group therapy. Her current focus involves the assessment and treatment of substance abuse disorders.
