The program focuses on reducing healthcare disparities, improving diagnosis and management of post-COVID conditions, and promoting evidence-based care. This program is designed to provide health literacy education, training, resources, knowledge-sharing, and workforce development for Bexar County and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n
