This system has 2-, 4-way and single cell sorting capabilities and is equipped with ACDU for plate sorting. In addition, it has six independent imaging-enabled detectors on blue laser (3 scatter detectors and 3 fluorescence detectors). Sort gates can be adjusted using cell images and fluorescence. Its configuration matches our FACSymphony A5 SE analyzer, making it easy to sort the cells with the same staining panels. This system is able to sort up to 6 resolved population simultaneously as well as into 96 and 384 well plates.
