To guarantee a reservation learners, faculty, and staff should submit their requests several days in advance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the reservation. If you have any questions or concerns about the center or regarding room reservations, email the CSC at <a href=\"mailto:clinicalskillscenter@uthscsa.edu\">clinicalskillscenter@uthscsa.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Room Reservations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All reservation requests or cancellations should be submitted via email to <a href=\"mailto:clinicalskillscenter@uthscsa.edu\">clinicalskillscenter@uthscsa.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The CSC is open Monday &#8211; Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are not open on university holidays or weekends.<\/li>\n<li>We suggest you give multiple date\/time options in your email. Afternoons are busy.<\/li>\n<li>Classrooms, simulation rooms, and exam rooms should be reserved as early as possible. Last minute reservations cannot be guaranteed.
