The purpose of the RMA is to serve as a central resource and framework for strengthening mentoring practices across schools, departments, and programs. The Academy supports the creation, improvement, and sustainability of research mentoring initiatives by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing guidance for designing and implementing mentoring structures<\/li>\n<li>Empowering faculty, especially early-career faculty, to build and shape effective mentoring relationships<\/li>\n<li>Offering targeted resources for mentors and mentees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To foster a culture of effective, evidence-based mentoring across UT Health San Antonio that advances research, education, and leadership development.
