Below are English language resources that are offered outside UT Health San Antonio. Please note that the OIS does not endorse any of these resources but is simply putting together available options for those seeking to expand their English skills.

- English Language Learning Classes at San Antonio College: Call or email SAC-CELL@alamo.edu to learn more about tuition and fees
- SAISD Adult Education Classes: Services offered under the Adult Education program are free of charge to the community
- NISD ESL Classes: Call (210) 397-8109 to join waiting list and ask about registration dates
- NEISD ESL Classes: You do not pay tuition or any fees to participate; however, regular attendance is required
- Woodland Baptist Church: Free; accepts donations
