Culture Shock

Living in a new country can be overwhelming and uncertain, which can sometimes lead to a phenomenon called Culture Shock. Culture Shock is defined as the feeling of disorientation experienced by someone who is suddenly subjected to an unfamiliar culture, way of life, or set of attitudes. It is a common cycle for those who have relocated to a different country, or even city, for any length of time. So if you are experiencing any of these symptoms, don’t worry! You’re not alone! And it will get better.
