The Policy Administration Office is responsible for the policy management programs for the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio’s (UT Health San Antonio) Institutional Handbook of Operating Policies (IHOP) and the UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty & Research Hospital Policy Library. The Policy Administration Office seeks to provide easy to follow processes and tools necessary to enhance the user access to policies.<\/p>\n

This site serves as a repository for current policies and provides information about new and revised policies.<\/p>\n

Institutional Handbook of Operating Policies<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n

The IHOP applies to the entire UT Health San Antonio enterprise, although individual policies may be directly relevant to only certain segments of the organization. The hallmarks of UT Health San Antonio\u2019s values are \u2013 Accountability, Excellence, Innovation, Integrity, Professionalism, and Teamwork and Collaboration. These principles, and the appropriate behaviors that define them, are the essential aspects of UT Health San Antonio\u2019s Institutional Handbook of Operating Policies.<\/p>\n

The IHOP does not include General Academic Policies.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
