Job Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist – CCC – Hybrid Clinic and Home Health

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team, providing exceptional care in both clinic and home health settings. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions in our clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for pediatric patients.
• Extend services to patients’ homes, tailoring interventions to the home environment for optimal progress.
• Provide education and support to families to facilitate ongoing development and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure.
• Pediatric experience and/or specialization in pediatric speech-language pathology.
• Knowledge of clinic-based and home health interventions for pediatric patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
