Job Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist – Hybrid Clinic and Home Health

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Pediatric Physical Therapist specializing in both clinic and home health settings. We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to provide comprehensive and individualized care for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions in the clinic setting.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and coordinated services.

· Extend services to patients’ homes, adapting interventions to the home environment.

· Provide education and support to families for continued progress between clinic visits.

· Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

· Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

· Pediatric experience and/or specialization in pediatric physical therapy.

· Knowledge of clinic-based and home health interventions for pediatric patients.

· Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
