Job details/Responsibilities:

· The staff therapist evaluates and treats patients utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques per physicians orders.

· Provides documentation, prognosis, goals, responses, education, and establishes communication with interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Outpatient Physical Therapist

Trio Rehabilitation & Wellness Solutions is an outpatient clinic offering PT, OT, and SLP. Our vision is to provide individualized therapy to improve all persons quality of life. At Trio, all treatments are one-to-one for the full hour. PTA’s are utilized and there are no techs. Currently, volume is ~750 eval and treatments a month with the intent to grow over the next year.
