Mentoring Workshops & Resources

All faculty at UT Health San Antonio of all career stages who engage in a mentoring role. While topics of conversation centralize the formalized mentoring relationship seen in graduate school programs, skills are transferrable and therefore, participation is open to all.

The curriculum is designed to be driven by the participants through case study discussion, activities, and self-reflection. Facilitators introduce ideas to generate meaningful discussion amongst the group. No lectures here!

Workshops are held 4-5 times a year in a face-to-face setting on the UT Health San Antonio campus (most frequently in the ALTC building). Current dates are listed above. For alternative location requests, please reach out to the Mentoring Masters staff. 

At this time, all workshops are solely available in-person. Please check back in the future for changes.

All participants will receive workshop materials, including a workbook, case study scenarios, and coffee and lunch. Participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate of completion and are offered a digital badge on their faculty profile page.
