No Advisors Available May 28th – 31st
All immigration advisors will be out of the office from May 28th through May 31st at our national association’s annual conference. In addition, that Monday, May 27th is Memorial Day and the University will be closed in observation of the holiday.
Therefore, we urge you to submit any inquiries or requests, including travel signature requests, to our office well in advance, as we will not have any immigration advisors in the office at that time. We will be accessible via email, but will only respond to urgent inquiries. If there is an urgent situation that requires immediate attention during that week, please call the front desk at 210-567-6241 and they will reach the Director on her cell phone. Examples of urgent situations include a visit from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer or a death in the family.
This information has been communicated via our Instagram account, so make sure to follow it if you haven’t already. In addition, it was included in our monthly newsletter that was sent out on May 7th.
