Check-in with OIS

Please schedule a check-in appointment with your International Services Representative upon your arrival to campus, or contact the OIS directly. Our office can be contacted by phone at 210-567-6241 and by e-mail at international@uthscsa.edu.

Once your check-in session has been scheduled, please be sure to upload the following documents to your Student International Portal prior to your appointment:

• Original passport for you and any dependents
• Original I-20 for you and any dependents (this must be signed)
• Original F-1 visa stamp in passport for you and any dependents (unless you are Canadian)
• I-94 for you and any dependents – print off the I-94 after you arrive in the United States or else bring the paper version if you arrived by land or changed status from inside the United States
