Program Spotlight

The Comunidad Long COVID ECHO Program supports primary care physicians in South Texas who care for patients with Long COVID. The program focuses on reducing healthcare disparities, improving diagnosis and management of post-COVID conditions, and promoting evidence-based care. Participants learn to evaluate and manage patients with symptoms lasting three months or more after COVID-19 infection, using emerging guidelines to strengthen coordination between providers and patients.

Communicating with Confianza — A Health Literacy ECHO is a collaboration between UT Health San Antonio ECHO Superhub, YWCASouth Central AHEC, and the University of Texas at Austin, in partnership with Health Confianza. This program is designed to provide health literacy education, training, resources, knowledge-sharing, and workforce development for Bexar County and the surrounding areas.
