Anamaria Repetti

Vice President and Chief Development Officer

Ms. Repetti has served as vice president and chief development officer for The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio since 2021.

She serves as the chief fundraising strategist, helping align strategic long- and short-term goals with fundraising programs and priorities. She leads a large diverse team of professionals responsible for all fundraising, alumni relations and other innovative strategies that drive philanthropic support.

Prior to joining UT Health Science Center San Antonio, also called UT Health San Antonio, Ms. Repetti had a successful career in fundraising at three California institutions: UC San Diego, Scripps Mercy Hospital Foundation and Palomar Pomerado Health Foundation. Throughout her career, she has focused on establishing major fundraising and campaign programs, building volunteer leadership including governing boards, and managing staff and fundraising operations.

Ms. Repetti holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California in psychology and social sciences.
