Yeman Collier

Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Mr. Collier has served as vice president and chief information officer for The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio since 2012.

He is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization’s information technology (IT) resources to support the mission and goals of UT Health Science Center San Antonio, also called UT Health San Antonio. He determines information needs throughout the organization and ensures the Information Technology (IT) staff, infrastructure and resources support user needs. Identifies changes, trends, and best practices in all areas of information technology and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Prior to joining UT Health San Antonio, Mr. Collier served as vice president/chief technology officer for City of Hope National Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, a $4.1B organization and prior to that as vice president/chief technology officer for OSF Healthcare System, Inc. in Illinois, a $4.1B integrated health system with over 23,000 employees in hospital, urgent care, and physician practices.

Mr. Collier holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri in engineering and management.
