Summer Travel Reminders
As we transition to summer, we know that our international visitors are potentially preparing for vacation and visits home. For those that are staying local, meaning in the U.S., it is important to review the information on immigration documentation. Traveling within the U.S. still requires our international visitors to carry their immigration documentation that shows their lawful status while in the U.S.
If traveling outside the U.S., it is important to review the travel information that correlates to the immigration status that is currently being held.
Students and scholars that are sponsored by UT Health San Antonio, may need to initiate a travel signature request within their respective portal (to include dependents). This should be done prior to your trip abroad.
After returning from an international trip, it is important to upload your recent I-94 arrival record and the visa stamp copy if renewed, to your record within the Student and Scholar International Portal.
