This email below has been confirmed as malicious or fraudulent by the Information Security department. If you have received this phishing email, do not open any attachments or follow the link(s) in the message; simply delete the email.

This phish attempt has a number of red flags. The sender states they work with an asset management firm but doesn’t name it. They also sent the email from a free Gmail account.

The statement about this being an urgent matter is meant to cause the recipient to not really think things through and just reply to the email to get more information.

Please delete any message that has this many red flags.
