- Suspicious Sender Address: The message originates from an external address with no affiliation to Geek Squad.
- Unexpected charge: The email contains an unexpected charge for a substantial amount to prompt the recipient to call the provided number.
- Help Desk Phone number: The provided number belongs to the scammers. When a recipient calls them, they will attempt to collect personal financial information.
