Although hovering over the Review Document button shows the domain for Docusign.net is correct, clicking it will likely cause an error.
They want the recipient to call the Customer Support number they listed and that is when the bad actor would try to elicit personal information from the caller in their “attempt” to rectify this mistake.
The biggest red flag is the listed email is not a PayPal email address. A company would not use a free Gmail account to conduct their business.
A quick browser search shows the area code for the phone number isn’t a toll number and doesn’t belong to PayPal.
