Cell sorter (CytoFLEX SRT Configuration)
CytoFLEX SRT is a benchtop cell sorter. It is equipped with 4 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 633nm) and can collect 15 parameters including FSC and SSC. It has four-way sorting capabilities as well as ACDU plate sorting into 96- or 384-well plates.
BD FACSAria Fusion Cell Sorter
Cell Sorter (FACSAria Fusion Configuration)
The BD FACSAria Fusion cell sorter is a high speed multi-laser droplet cell sorter. It has 5 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 633nm) and can detect up to 18 fluorescence colors simultaneously. This system has 2-, 4-way and single cell sorting capabilities and is equipped with ACDU for plate sorting. The sorter is enclosed in a Biosafety hood housed in a negative pressured room for BSL-2 containment.
Cell Analyzer (Aurora Configuration)
The Cytek Aurora is a full spectrum cell analyzer. It is fitted with 5 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm), 3 scattering channels and 64 fluorescence channels. It is capable of detecting more than 30 fluorescence colors simultaneously and is equipped with a high throughput sampler.
BD FACSymphony A5 SE
Cell Analyzer (FACSymphony A5 SE Configuration)
The FACSymphony A5 SE is equipped with 5 Lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, and 637nm) and 48 fluorescence detectors algorithmically to cover the full spectrum. It provides the flexibility of recording and performing compensation using either traditional or spectral flow in BD FACSDiva Software. This system is fitted with a High-Throughput Sampler option for fully automated sample acquisition from a 96- or 384-well microtiter plate.
Cell Analyzer (FACSCelesta Configuration)
The BD FACSCelesta is equipped with 3 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 640nm) and capable of detecting 12 fluorescence colors. This system is fitted with a High Throughput Sampler option for fully automated sample acquisition from microtiter plates.
Cell Analyzer (LSRII Configuration)
Features: The BD LSRII is a benchtop flow cytometer equipped with 4 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and capable of detecting 11 fluorescence colors.
