The Policy Administration Office is responsible for the policy management programs for the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio’s (UT Health San Antonio) Institutional Handbook of Operating Policies (HOP) and the Multispecialty & Research Hospital Policy Library (Hospital Policy Library). The Policy Administration Office seeks to provide easy to follow processes and tools necessary to enhance the user access to policies.
This site serves as a repository for current policies and provides information about new and revised policies.
About The Institutional Handbook of Operating Policies

The HOP applies to the entire UT Health San Antonio enterprise, although individual policies may be directly-relevant to only certain segments of the organization. The HOP does not include General Academic Policies.
